Payroll Learning Coaching - individual learning support for young payroll professionals
You don’t learn payroll accounting in just a few days. Experience shows that it takes years to grasp the full complexity. It is only through daily practice that important questions arise about how to deal with certain issues. A training course lasting several days can therefore only be the beginning.
It is often particularly difficult for payroll newcomers: colleagues often don’t have the time. Or there are no more colleagues who can pass on in-depth explanations and practical knowledge. This is currently a huge problem due to the shortage of skilled workers. However, only solid basic knowledge and daily practice, coupled with technical know-how of the respective payroll system, ensure long-term learning success.
This is where the external payroll (learning) coach comes in.
What is payroll learning coaching?
Learning coaching offers what a group seminar cannot:
- Learning over a longer period of time
- Reinforce theoretical knowledge
- Linking theoretical knowledge with application in daily payroll practice
- Time for individual questions about internal payroll, e.g. implementation in the payroll system
- Possibility to combine with training on the internal payroll system
- Learn how to solve specific payroll problems yourself
Step by step, your employees will become professional and self-directed specialists who are able to independently handle and competently assess payroll issues.
As payroll (learning) coaches, we are available to you and your employees for short-term, one-time support as well as long-term support in all payroll issues, depending on your needs and the topic.
Conditions
Duration of payroll coaching: from a few weeks to several months; frequency: once or twice a week or fortnightly. Coaching usually takes place online via video call (Zoom or MS Teams). By arrangement also on site if necessary.
Language: We conduct the coaching sessions in both German and English.
Costs: Billing is based on time and effort per hour.
